App behavior

• The app works completely offline.
• It does not require login.
• Favorites are stored locally on the device.
• Audio playback uses the device speech feature (expo-speech / iOS speech synthesis).
• If a Mandarin (zh-CN) voice is not installed on your device, audio playback may be unavailable. You can install one from Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices on iOS.

Updates

ShinTravel China will continue to be updated with more travel phrases, local food names, audio coverage, and practical mainland China situations.

Taiwan is a separate app. Traditional Chinese phrases for Taiwan are planned for ShinTravel Taiwan, a different App Store listing — not as an update to ShinTravel China.
